BIOGRAPHY

John Jenkins is a Managing Director of Accounting for Greystar's North America Development and Construction team, as well as Modern Living Solutions and Capital Projects. John drives strategic initiatives that support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term success, and he oversees project and joint venture financial reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency for stakeholders.

Before joining Greystar in 2013, John served as a commercial property accountant for Avison Young in Raleigh, NC, and a staff accountant for a local public accounting firm in Fayetteville, NC. John is a licensed CPA and a member of the South Carolina Association of CPAs. He is actively involved in several local organizations, including GiGi's Playhouse Charleston and Operation Home.

John holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Business Administration from Campbell University.
