BIOGRAPHY
Joe Parsons is a Managing Director of Dispositions for Greystar’s Americas Principal Business. Prior to his current role, Joe oversaw Greystar's Build for Rent ("BFR") platform and led asset management of domestically owned investment assets. In addition, he was previously responsible for investments throughout the Central and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Joe has been a multifamily professional since 2006. Prior to joining Greystar in 2014, Joe worked in investment groups at USAA Real Estate Company, the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, and KeyBank Real Estate Capital. He is actively involved with the National Multifamily Housing Council and the CFA Institute, where he is a charter holder.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
