BIOGRAPHY

Joan Carro is a Senior Managing Director overseeing the Property Management operations of 250 assets and 50,000 apartment homes across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. With more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry, she brings a breadth of operations, third-party, and fee management experience to her role. Joan is also responsible for leadership of marketing, construction services, regional maintenance, and client services within her division.

Joan is a Certified Property Manager as well a past board member and president for both the Washington Multifamily Housing Association and Multifamily Northwest of Oregon. She graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies.
