BIOGRAPHY

Jill Welborn is a Managing Director of Real Estate and leads Greystar’s Property Management business in San Antonio and Corpus Christi. She has extensive knowledge of the San Antonio and surrounding markets and frequently provides market information to clients developing or acquiring assets.

Leveraging her experience with Greystar since 1998 and prior industry background, Jill has experience with various asset types, including new construction, stable and distressed assets, high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style, and single-family home rentals. She is a past President of the San Antonio Apartment Association, has served as a Vice President at Large for the Texas Apartment Association, and as President of the San Antonio Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She holds CAM, CAPS, ARM, and CPM designations and a Texas Real Estate License. Jill is also active with the PTSD Foundation of America, San Antonio.

Jill received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from New Mexico State University.
