BIOGRAPHY

Jill Welborn is a Managing Director of Real Estate and leads Greystar’s Property Management business in the San Antonio region. She has extensive knowledge of San Antonio and the surrounding markets, and her team frequently provides market information to clients developing or acquiring assets.

Leveraging her experience with Greystar since 1998 and prior industry background, Jill has experience with various asset types, including new construction, stable and distressed assets, high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style, and single-family home rentals. She is a past President of the San Antonio Apartment Association, has served as a Vice President at Large for the Texas Apartment Association, and President of the San Antonio Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She holds CAM, CAPS, ARM, and CPM designations.

Jill received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from New Mexico State University.
