BIOGRAPHY

Jessica Smith is a Managing Director of Corporate Accounting for Greystar’s Property Management business. In this role, Jessica supports financial statement preparation, internal transactions, payroll processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Before joining Greystar in 2014, Jessica served as a Senior Audit Associate for Battelle Rippe Kingston, a regional CPA firm located in Dayton, Ohio. She was also previously the Assistant Controller for The Citizens National Bank of Southwestern Ohio, a community bank in Dayton, Ohio. Jessica is a member of the AICPA and FICPA.

Jessica holds an Ohio CPA license. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton in accounting.
