BIOGRAPHY

Jenny Marshall is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar's Investment Management business, responsible for the legal and compliance aspects of Greystar’s global funds, ventures, and other investment activities. Jenny’s responsibilities include vehicle structuring, investor negotiations, investments, dispositions, financings, regulatory compliance, and governance. Jenny also serves as Chief Compliance Officer for Greystar’s Investment Management business.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Jenny was Associate General Counsel at GreenOak, where she worked extensively on the firm’s global product offerings. Previously, she was a Counsel in the Capital Transactions & Real Estate group of King & Spalding LLP, where she represented a broad range of real estate private equity clients with respect to fund formation and offerings, separate accounts, strategic transactions, and regulatory matters. She is a member of the New York State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia.

Jenny has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
