BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer Nagel is a Managing Director and leads the Dallas Property Management third-party operations team in Dallas, Texas, which is comprised of 102 communities and more than 30,000 apartment homes. Jennifer formulates and develops annual financial goals and business plans that align with the company’s property management strategy. She also leads a team of Real Estate Directors and Regional Property Managers in executing initiatives and strategies that enable properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial and operational objectives.
Active in the multifamily industry since 1997, she has extensive experience with lease ups, dispositions, senior housing, urban high-rise, and conventional garden-style communities. Before joining Greystar in 2007, Jennifer worked as a Regional Vice President for Colonial Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT. Jennifer also previously worked at Colliers Monroe Friedlander in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is actively involved with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Jennifer actively attends the University of North Texas where she is finishing a bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Real Estate, Organizational Supervision, and Hospitality.
