BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer Nagel is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar's Management Services business and leads the Third-Party Operations team in Dallas, Texas, which is comprised of 181 communities and more than 52,639 apartment homes. Jennifer formulates and develops annual financial goals and business plans that align with the company’s property management strategy. She also leads a team of Real Estate Directors and Regional Property Managers in executing initiatives and strategies that enable properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial and operational objectives.
Active in the multifamily industry since 1997, she has extensive experience with lease-ups, dispositions, senior housing, urban high-rises, and conventional garden style communities. Before joining Greystar in 2007, Jennifer worked as a Regional Vice President for Colonial Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT. Jennifer also previously worked at Colliers Monroe Friedlander in Honolulu. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, is a delegate for the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Jennifer is a graduate of the University of North Texas. Her degree is in applied arts and sciences with a concentration in real estate, organizational supervision, and hospitality.
