BIOGRAPHY

Jay Reynolds is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management at Greystar, where he is responsible for the day-to-day activities and strategies of several large discretionary vehicles through all aspects of fund and portfolio execution. He serves as the primary point of contact for investors and Greystar team members alike and is actively involved in the planning and capital formation for new ventures.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2021, Jay worked in investment banking at Harris Williams in the Business Services Group, executing sell-side M&A transactions for private equity clients. Earlier in his career, he worked in Deutsche Bank's Financial Sponsors Group, focusing on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and IPOs.

Jay earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and spanish from Furman University.
