BIOGRAPHY
Jamie Teabo is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar's Management Service business, where she is responsible for leading property management operations across the East territory. In this role, she oversees all aspects of property operations, including staffing, marketing, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Her territory spans a broad geographic footprint encompassing Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Florida, New York, the Mid-Atlantic region, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Jamie served as Executive Vice President and Head of Property Management at Post Properties in Atlanta, where she held comprehensive oversight of the company's entire portfolio. Her responsibilities encompassed all facets of operations, including IT, marketing, operations training, and other key support functions. Jamie serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Apartment Association, where she also holds the title of Immediate Past Chair. She is a past Chair and Board member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and formerly served on the Executive Council of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate Management. Jamie holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and a Georgia Real Estate license. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the University of Georgia Housing Board and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Georgia Board for Entryway.
Jamie received her bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in marketing and management.
