Jackie DiStefano is Managing Director of Real Estate for South Florida at Greystar, where she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of more than 35,000 units across the region. With a specialized focus on third-party assets and client relationships, Jackie oversees operations and business development efforts while partnering closely with owners and stakeholders to drive performance and deliver exceptional resident experiences. She has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results. Through her leadership, she has helped advance operational excellence and support the continued growth of Greystar’s presence in South Florida.

With more than 30 years of multifamily industry experience, Jackie is a highly respected leader known for her deep market expertise, strategic perspective, and client-focused approach. Prior to joining Greystar, Jackie held senior leadership positions with Fairfield Residential, Cornerstone Group, and Independence Realty Trust, where she consistently delivered strong business results and created value across diverse portfolios in competitive markets.

Jackie holds the Certified Property Manager  designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
