BIOGRAPHY

Heather Ranew is a Managing Director of Development and Construction Accounting for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for all domestic development accounting and business systems. Her role includes regional oversight of development assets and profit and loss review, as well as oversight of the co-investment development funds and the active adult development joint venture fund with Carlyle.

Heather has held multiple accounting roles within the construction industry since 2006, before joining Greystar in 2011.

She holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
