Guy Nixon is a Managing Director at Greystar, where he helps lead third-party Property Management operations in the United Kingdom, with a focus on operating high-quality living and mixed-use assets at scale.

Guy joined Greystar following the acquisition of Native Communities, a leading UK third-party living and mixed-use operator that he founded in 1998. With more than 30 years of experience in the property industry, he grew Native into a portfolio of 37 assets comprising more than 9,000 homes across the United Kingdom, building a platform that supports institutional-grade property management and long-term asset performance.

Guy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with honors from the University of Middlesex.
