BIOGRAPHY

Greg Livingston is a Managing Director for Carte Services within the Property Management business. Greg provides management oversight to this newly formed operating model in the first service offering of accounting and procurement, as well as strategic planning for the future service offerings that will be part of this model. 

Prior to his current role at Greystar, Greg led the Tampa Property Accounting team for ten years as part of Greystar’s US Property Management business. During his time with the US Property Management business, the team grew from eight members supporting 48 properties to its current size of 62 team members supporting 475 properties. Before joining Greystar, Greg held accounting management positions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and a small Department of Defense contractor. 

Greg received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from Clearwater Christian College in Tampa, FL.
