BIOGRAPHY
Greg Livingston is a Managing Director for Property Accounting for third-party managed assets and is also the Managing Director for Carte Services within Greystar’s Property Management business. Greg provides oversight and leadership to the property accounting teams based in Tampa and Atlanta as part of the nationwide accounting support team for US Property Management and works alongside other leaders to ensure consistent accounting practice across the entire US portfolio.
Greg has spent the majority of his career with Greystar, beginning as a Property Accountant almost 20 years ago, and helping to lead the Tampa based accounting team's growth from 48 properties to the more than 800 that are supported now. Before joining Greystar, Greg held accounting management positions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and a small Department of Defense contractor.
Greg received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Clearwater Christian College in Tampa, FL.
