BIOGRAPHY

Greg Benson is a Managing Director of US Property Marketing. Greg oversees the national property marketing teams responsible for implementing standards of excellence in operations including innovation, property support, marketing analytics and performance, marketing supplier partnerships, legal and regulatory compliance, marketing financial operations, and marketing education.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Greg served in account services at Merrick Towle Communications, one of the largest advertising agencies serving the real estate industry. Greg’s experience includes building the industry’s largest marketing team, as well as corporate identity development, and the creation of marketing campaigns for real estate projects ranging from apartment lease-ups, apartment repositioning/redevelopment, condominiums, planned communities, resort communities, and for-sale home communities. Greg is a member of the Zillow Multifamily Advisory Board and the Reputation.com Executive Advisory Board. He is the current Marketing Committee chair for the National Multifamily Housing Committee and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Greg holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson State University.
