BIOGRAPHY

Glen Smith is a Managing Director and leads the operational compliance and contracts functions in Legal Services for the Property Management business. Glen provides legal support to the company in areas that include operational compliance, lease programming, price transparency, fair housing, broker licensing, affordable housing, marketing, and screening.

Before joining Greystar in 2017, Glen spent seventeen years with Post Properties, an Atlanta-based publicly traded multifamily REIT where he served as Senior Vice President of Legal.

Glen is actively involved with legal and governmental affairs endeavors with the National Apartment Association and local Association affiliates and has spoken at multiple industry events.

Glen earned a bachelor's degree in economics and philosophy from Boston College and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore.
