BIOGRAPHY

Farah Noel is a Managing Director of Claims at Greystar. She oversees claims governance, operational effectiveness, and the management of complex and high-severity claims while partnering with business, legal, risk, and finance leaders to support enterprise objectives. In her role, she is responsible for advancing claims strategies and processes that strengthen governance, enhance transparency, and support effective risk management across the organization.

Farah brings more than 25 years of experience leading global claims operations, transformation initiatives, and risk management programs for multinational organizations. Prior to joining Greystar, she served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Claims at DHL Group. Before that, she held several senior leadership positions with A.P. Moller-Maersk, including Global Head of Claims. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale claims organizations, enhanced reporting and analytics capabilities, and implemented initiatives that improved consistency, operational performance, and total cost of risk outcomes. Farah is Lean Six Sigma certified, a Certified Professional Coach, and a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with honors from Ashford University.
