BIOGRAPHY

Eric Bannerot is a Managing Director at Greystar where he is responsible for overseeing portfolio strategy and performance across the Greystar Equity Partners Europe Fund Series, with a focus on capital allocation, investment analysis, and value creation initiatives. In this role, he works closely with teams across the investment platform to inform investment decisions and seeks to optimize portfolio outcomes, while also playing a key role in investor engagement and supporting fundraising efforts for the platform’s continued growth.

Before moving to Europe in 2023, Eric covered the US value-add series for five years in Charleston, South Carolina at Greystar headquarters. Prior to joining Greystar, Eric worked at various hedge funds as an equity research analyst and associate portfolio manager, where he focused on small-cap activist investments and large-cap equity research, where he built detailed valuation models to support investment decisions. Eric is a CFA charterholder and an active member of the CFA Institute.

Eric has a degree and finance and economics from the Honors College School of Business at the College of Charleston.
