BIOGRAPHY

Emma Cauldwell is a Managing Director of Finance at Greystar, where she is responsible for the company’s European funds and joint venture platforms. She oversees teams across seven European markets, delivering reporting, performance monitoring, and effective financial oversight. Emma also has extensive transaction experience and has established and led the financial activities for Greystar’s flagship European value-add GEPE fund series.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2019, Emma worked at Legal & General Investment Management, where she covered several residential and retail funds. Before that, she spent five years at PwC, specializing in real estate and wealth management.

Emma is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Science in business, accountancy, and finance from Newcastle University.
