BIOGRAPHY
Elizabeth Dapper is a Managing Director of Client Services and Real Estate for Mountain and Desert regions. Elizabeth oversees business development, pre-development, transitions, due diligence, and underwriting/budgeting as well as community operations for a portfolio in Colorado. She has extensive experience with high-rise, mid-rise, garden, conventional, affordable, and lease-up communities and has assisted clients with their strategies for asset renovation and repositioning.Elizabeth joined Greystar in 2005 and has been active in the multifamily industry since 1990. Prior to joining Greystar, Elizabeth held roles as Vice President of Client Services for Riverstone Residential Group, Asset Manager at MIG/AEC, Regional Manager at Forest City, and Vice President at Omni in Colorado. Elizabeth holds CPM® and CAM designations and is a licensed employing broker in Colorado, Utah, and Georgia. Elizabeth has served the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado as a past President, board member, and CAM/CAPS instructor. Additionally, she is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Apartment Association.
Elizabeth has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Bloomsburg University.
