BIOGRAPHY

Eddie Fletcher is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Financial Services group within Greystar's Management Services business. Eddie maintains management oversight of all Management Services accounting operations, treasury services, and internal audits for Greystar.

During his tenure at Greystar, Eddie initially served as a Property Controller directly overseeing the property accounting function. In 2001, Eddie led the decentralization of the property accounting function and was responsible for all accounting and finance within the South region, which included Property Management, Development, and Corporate. Over the years, Eddie gradually expanded his responsibilities and focus to his current role over financial services. Before Greystar, Eddie was a Financial Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Eddie is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Eddie received his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University in accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
