BIOGRAPHY

Davis Finnen is a Managing Director of Investment for Greystar’s Americas Principal Business, where he leads investment activity for the Southeastern US. He is responsible for sourcing, asset management, and disposition for rental housing investments.

Before joining Greystar in 2016, Davis worked for an investment bank where he focused on corporate mergers and acquisitions. He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and Urban Land Institute and volunteers with local non-profit organizations focused on early childhood education and food insecurity.

Davis graduated with honors from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in finance.
