BIOGRAPHY

David Borland is a Managing Director of Advantage Solutions for Greystar Property Management services. His responsibilities include developing and overseeing the receivables, screening resident insurance components to improve and adapt them to industry needs.

Active in the multifamily industry since 1993, David began his career in third party property management collections, then worked in the receivables department at For Rent Magazine®. He then began his tenure with HSC Real Estate, which was acquired by Riverstone and subsequently acquired by Greystar in 2014.
