BIOGRAPHY
Daniel Breeden is a Senior Managing Director of Investments for Greystar’s UK and European business. In this role, he leads investment strategy, sourcing, and execution across the region, working closely with local teams to originate and secure opportunities across the living sectors, including multifamily and student accommodation. Daniel is focused on driving disciplined capital deployment, scaling Greystar’s investment platform, and deepening relationships with institutional partners. He partners closely with regional leadership across asset management, development, and operations to ensure alignment from acquisition through execution, and sits on Greystar’s European Investment Committee while also serving on the company’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Daniel served on the development team at Collett and Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a focus on real estate and finance.
