BIOGRAPHY
Daniel Breeden is a Managing Director and leads Greystar’s Portfolio Management team in Europe. Daniel provides support for strategic growth initiatives in the region alongside venture formation, partner management, and investment strategy compliance, for the various ventures through all aspects of fund and portfolio execution. This includes overseeing our GEPE fund series as well as separate managed accounts around Europe.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Daniel served on the development team at Collett and Associates in Charlotte, North Carolina. Daniel is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
He received his bachelor of science in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he focused in Real Estate and Finance
