BIOGRAPHY

Dana Arthofer is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Greystar's Infrastructure business.

Dana has more than a decade of investment and portfolio management experience in real assets, having started her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining Greystar, Dana was on the Investments team at CIM Group investing in both real estate and infrastructure. She joined Greystar in London in 2019 and has held multiple roles within Greystar’s Investment Management business. Initially, Dana worked on Global Investments, working across acquisitions, execution, and new market expansion across Greystar’s international markets. Following this, Dana served as the Portfolio Manager for the Build-for-Rent strategy, helping to launch Greystar’s dedicated BFR fund strategy. Subsequently, Dana worked in Global Strategic Partnerships to optimize portfolio construction, investment strategy, and relationship management.

Dana received her bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in finance from Claremont McKenna College, graduating with honors and cum laude.
