BIOGRAPHY

Cristiano Viola is a Director for Greystar Operations in Brazil where he is responsible for growing the multifamily property portfolio. Cristiano works closely with the Chile and US Operating and Development teams to oversee the implementation of Greystar’s global operating model and expanding the company’s position in Latin America.

Cristiano has over 20 years of experience in operations management. Prior to Greystar, Cristiano was General Manager for Hilton Worldwide in Sao Paulo, where he oversaw the implementation of the first Canopy by Hilton brand in South America. He also held various management roles with Sheraton, Leading Hotels of the World/Virtuoso, INHOTIM Group, Hotel Marina Group, and The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.

Cristiano earned his Hospitality Management degree from Universidad de Barcelona and a Master’s of International Business from the Universidad Pomeu Fabra.
