BIOGRAPHY

Clay Wolford is a Senior Managing Director of Investments based in Charleston. In his role, Clay is responsible for acquisitions, execution, and new market expansion across Greystar’s international markets.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2010, Clay worked within Goldman Sachs' real estate private equity group, Whitehall, as well as in Lehman Brothers’ real estate investment banking group.

Clay received his bachelor of arts in Political Economics at Princeton University.
