BIOGRAPHY
Christy Boehnke is a Managing Director of Asset Management for Greystar Development and Construction Services. Christy is responsible for the asset management of Greystar’s developed assets in the West, Midwest, Houston, and Mountain regions. In addition, she maintains oversight of the North America development Active Adult portfolio as a subject matter expert.
Active in the multifamily industry since 2006, Christy began her career on-site as a Leasing Agent, then joined Greystar through the acquisition of that property. She continued to expand her experience on-site over the course of capital renovation and lease-ups. After transferring to a corporate role as a Financial Analyst, she has subsequently held a variety of asset management roles with increasing levels of responsibility for oversight of capital renovations, dispositions, lease-ups, and portfolio acquisitions.
Christy holds a bachelor of business administration degree with a major in Finance from Texas State University.
