Christine Boucher is a Managing Director at Greystar, where she leads Operations Process & Optimization for Greystar Management Services. In this role, Christine is responsible for process design and driving the adoption of new policies, procedures, and technologies across the organization's property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and consistent resident experience. She also leads the enablement, implementation, and change management strategies for property initiatives.

With a career rooted in modernization and operational efficiency, Christine has held leadership roles spanning strategic initiative execution, product management, property operations, and asset management. Her experience includes tenures at industry leaders AvalonBay Communities and Crescent Heights, in addition to her current leadership at Greystar. She is known for aligning enterprise-level strategies with frontline impact, resulting in scalable, high-value transformation programs.

Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration in finance and real estate from Roosevelt University.
