Christine Boucher is a Managing Director of Service Transformation and Operations Optimization for Greystar’s US Property Management business. In her role, Christine is responsible for driving the adoption of new policies, procedures, and technologies across the organization’s property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and consistent resident experience. She also leads the enablement, implementation, and change management strategies for US property management initiatives.
With a career rooted in modernization and operational efficiency, Christine has held leadership roles spanning strategic initiative execution, product management, property operations, and asset management. Her experience includes tenures at industry leaders such as AvalonBay Communities and Crescent Heights, in addition to her current leadership at Greystar. She is known for aligning enterprise-level strategies with frontline impact, resulting in scalable, high-value transformation programs.
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration in finance and real estate from Roosevelt University.
