BIOGRAPHY
Chris MacNaughton is a Senior Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Greystar’s global Investment Management business, where he is responsible for overseeing Greystar’s US closed-end fund management business. Chris works closely with executive leadership and the regional investment and development teams to oversee a $18B portfolio in various investment and development ventures. Chris oversees capital relationships, investment strategy, acquisitions, execution, and disposition for Greystar’s closed-end ventures and serves on the Investment Domestic Review Committee.
Prior to joining Greystar, Chris worked as Director of land for Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM), a publicly-traded home building company. He holds a Florida real estate sales license and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and serves on the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Silver Council.
Chris holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree in History from Washington & Lee University.
