BIOGRAPHY
Chris MacNaughton is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar’s Global Investment Management business, where he is responsible for overseeing Greystar’s US portfolio management and asset management business. Chris works closely with executive leadership and the regional investment and development teams to oversee a $34B portfolio in various investment and development ventures. Chris oversees capital relationships, investment strategy, acquisitions, execution, and disposition for Greystar’s Investment Management business and serves on the Investment Domestic Review Committee.
Prior to joining Greystar, Chris worked as Director of Land for Pulte Homes, a publicly-traded home building company. He holds a Florida real estate sales license and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and serves on the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Silver Council.
Chris holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree in History from Washington & Lee University.
