BIOGRAPHY

Chris Bayer is a Managing Director of Construction, where he provides oversight to construction activity in the Florida region. Chris is responsible for working with the development team and overseeing preconstruction activities and construction operations for self-performed and third-party projects in Florida.

Active in the construction industry since 2002, Chris has spent his career working on commercial and multifamily construction projects. Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Chris was a Vice President of Construction at Mill Creek Residential Trust. He is also a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from the University of Florida.
