Cherie Shaw is a Managing Director of national Client Services for Greystar. Cherie leads client outreach and relationship management efforts and develops and implements strategies on behalf of those clients. She is responsible for pursuing new business development, managing client communication, and overseeing relationships with top strategic clients in the Greystar Property Management Services business.

Before joining the Client Services team at Greystar, she was directly responsible for the oversight of multifamily operations in Colorado and Utah for over 12 years and has been active in the multifamily industry since 1991. Prior to joining Greystar in 2003, Cherie worked in acquisitions and development for Prime Residential based in Chicago, Illinois, where she was directly responsible for acquiring development opportunities throughout the US.

Cherie served as the President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver in 2008-2009, won Most Outstanding Executive in 2011, and served on various committees within the Association. Cherie has been a member of CREW since 2003 and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Denver, Colorado.
