BIOGRAPHY

Charlton deSaussure is a Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management and leads the company’s US separate account portfolio management efforts. Charlton and his team are responsible for capital relationships, investment strategy, and execution of a $7B portfolio across a variety of asset classes including conventional multifamily, active adult, and student housing.

Prior to joining Greystar, Charlton served as an officer in the United States Navy.

Charlton received his bachelor's degree in history from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business.
