BIOGRAPHY

Caroline Griffiths is a Managing Director and leads People & Culture for Greystar’s Europe and Asia Pacific regions. Caroline is responsible for driving people initiatives, leading a team that delivers HR operations, payroll services, and benefits administration for the region, and partnering with other business units and functions.

Caroline joined Greystar in 2024 and prior to this she held senior HR leadership roles across several industries including technology and data and market research.

Caroline has a Master of Business Administration, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a bachelor’s degree.
