Cainaan's responsibilities encompass the management of the regional Capital Projects team, which prioritizes project execution and team development under his supervision.

Before joining Greystar in 2013, Cainaan garnered valuable experience while working for several major contractors based in San Diego, CA. During this time, he specialized in overseeing projects of critical importance to national security, honing his skills in project management and team leadership.

Cainaan is a seasoned professional in the field of Building Construction and CAD Design. His educational background is rooted in these disciplines, having pursued formal studies in both areas.
