Davis

BIOGRAPHY

Brian Davis is a Managing Director of Construction and is responsible for construction activities in the Southern California region. He leads the in-house general contractor for the development and construction of complex Type I high-rise, Type III mid-rise wraps and podiums, urban infill mixed-use and suburban Type V on-grade residential communities.

Active in the construction and development industry since 2002, Brian’s experience spans the West Coast markets of Southern and Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Greystar in 2021, Brian worked in construction and development roles for AvalonBay Communities, Archstone Apartments and Oakwood Apartments.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in business economics from The University of California, Santa Barbara.
