BIOGRAPHY

Brandon Rich is a Senior Managing Director of Real Estate and leads Property Management operations for the Mountain region which includes Colorado, Utah, and the Dakotas, as well as the Desert region which includes Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and Wyoming. Brandon plans, develops, and executes financial, operational, and business goals for his respective territory.

Brandon has been active in the multifamily industry since 1991, and has supervised a diverse portfolio throughout his career, including lease-ups, value-add, and affordable properties. Prior to joining Greystar in 1997, Brandon was a Principal of Stratus Real Estate. He has served in the Apartment Association in various capacities, including past President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. He is currently the President on the Board of Director's Executive Committee for the Colorado Apartment Association and was appointed by Governor John Hickenlooper to serve on the Towing Task Forces Committee for the state of Colorado.

Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western International University.
