BIOGRAPHY

Brandon Rich is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar's Management Services business and serves as territory lead for the Midwest and Southwest regions. Brandon plans, develops, and executes financial, operational, and business goals for his respective territory.

Brandon has been active in the multifamily industry since 1991 and has supervised a diverse portfolio throughout his career, including lease-ups, value-add, and affordable properties. Prior to joining Greystar in 1997, Brandon was a Principal of Stratus Real Estate. He has served in the Apartment Association in various capacities, including past President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. He previously served as the President on the Board of Director's Executive Committee for the Colorado Apartment Association and is an inductee of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver's Hall of Fame.

Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Western International University.
