BIOGRAPHY

Brad Harrell is a Managing Director of Construction, where he is responsible for leading preconstruction and construction efforts in the Central South Houston and Desert regions. In this role, Brad assists in evolving how we manage construction budgets, construction execution and building per our standards, and maintaining client relations throughout the process. During Brad's tenure at Greystar, Brad has built 38 projects, totaling 9,841 units valued at $2.1B in markets spanning from Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2007, Brad was a division president for HHN Homes were he led construction of townhomes in the inner loop of Houston while managing an internal mortgage company and realtor group of 22 realtors. Early in his career he worked in production home building with MHI and Para Design Group.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University where he focused on marketing and business management.
