BIOGRAPHY
Autumn Sillay is a Managing Director of Real Estate overseeing Greystar’s third-party fee-managed assets and third-party operation team in the Atlanta region.Prior to joining Greystar in 2018, Autumn spent the last 20 years at a multifamily REIT, Post Properties, overseeing a portfolio of 7,000 apartment homes. Her experience includes lease-ups, class A, high rise, value add, acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to joining Post Properties, Autumn spent the previous ten years in the industry working for third-party management companies focusing on operations, training, operating budgets, and operating procedures. Autumn is involved in the National Apartment Association, the Atlanta Apartment Association, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also holds a Certified Property Manager certification and has her Georgia Real Estate License.
Autumn is a graduate of the University of West Georgia with a degree in Management.
