BIOGRAPHY

Ana Pedrajo is a Managing Director of Development in the South Florida region. In her role, she oversees development across multifamily and industrial product types. She is responsible for all aspects of development activity in the region, including site sourcing, entitlement, capitalization, design management, construction, lease-up, and disposition.

Since joining Greystar in 2018, Ana has been directly responsible for over $1.9B of development in South Florida, representing more than 5,100 multifamily units across garden, mid-rise, and high-rise construction types, and 800,000 square feet of shallow bay industrial. Her work spans some of the most competitive and high-barrier submarkets in the Southeast and reflects Greystar's commitment to delivering institutional-quality housing and logistics products in high-growth markets.

Prior to joining Greystar, Ana served as an Analyst on the Principal Strategic Investments team at Morgan Stanley, where she worked within a captive private equity group executing minority investments in market infrastructure and technology companies. She subsequently joined InterContinental Hotels Group as a Strategy Associate, where she evaluated acquisition targets and strategic priorities across the Americas region.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
