BIOGRAPHY

Amy Heskett is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar where she oversees all third-party business in the Tennessee and Alabama regions. In her role, Amy manages a team of Directors and Regional Managers who support 18,000 units and ensures they are meeting metrics as it relates to resident and client satisfaction and property performance. Amy also focuses on growing the market through pre-development consulting services and relationship building for repeat business.

Prior to joining the Greystar Nashville team in 2019, she was a Senior Regional Manager with Greystar owned assets based in Atlanta from 2015-2019. Her career began in Atlanta with Post Properties starting in a leasing consultant role. In 2008, she joined First Communities as an Area Manager overseeing the Century Communities branded assets. She serves on the Board of Directors with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and is a Certified Property Manager candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Amy earned her bachelor’s in business administration degree in marketing from Georgia Southern University.
