BIOGRAPHY

Albert Cannon III is a Managing Director of Construction in the Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky regions. His role includes leading large-scale development projects across multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use sectors throughout the region and overseeing all aspects of the construction lifecycle, including predevelopment planning, budgeting, procurement, risk management, and project execution. Albert drives operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. He collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, development teams, and external partners to align construction strategy with broader business objectives. Over the course of his career, Albert has played a key role in the development of more than 10,000 multifamily units, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering complex projects at scale.

Having been active in the multifamily industry since 2005, Albert is a seasoned construction executive with over 20 years of experience and joined Greystar in 2013. Prior to Greystar, he served as a Senior Project Manager at Tauer, LLC and as a Project Manager at Trammell Crow Residential, where he led the construction of several large-scale multifamily projects throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Albert holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from East Carolina University.
