BIOGRAPHY
Alaina Emley is a Managing Director of Greystar's Internal Revenue Management Strategy Consulting team, which supports Greystar’s Property Management business by growing property revenues through our software and service platform. Alaina oversees a diverse team of revenue management system and industry strategy experts who focus on driving revenue for over 1,500 owned and third-party assets nationwide.
Before joining Greystar in 2009, Alaina worked at JPI Management Company where she supported asset management for third-party tenant in common assets and launched the company's first revenue management platform in 2007.
Alaina has a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M and a degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is certified in both YieldStar and AI Revenue Management, has graduated from an internal leadership development program, and is taking Exec Online courses from accredited colleges.
