BIOGRAPHY

Adam Callaghan is a Senior Managing Director at Greystar, where he leads Transaction & Capital Management in Europe. In this role, Adam oversees capital relationships, investor negotiations, transaction execution, and governance, helping ensure a disciplined and integrated approach to capital deployment across the region. He provides strategic oversight of the legal, debt capital markets, portfolio management, and fund management functions.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Adam was a Corporate Associate at the international law firm Jones Day where he specialized in transactions within the real estate private equity space.

Adam received a Bachelor of Science in government from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law, London. He is a solicitor and a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.
