BIOGRAPHY

Aaron Merrill is a Managing Director and leads Greystar’s Enterprise Information Technology (IT) business. Enterprise IT is responsible for IT operations, enterprise data, corporate applications, and cybersecurity. In his role, Aaron drives technology strategies that enhance business operations, ensure data integrity, and strengthen security frameworks.

Before joining Greystar in 2019, Aaron was a Director within Southwest Airlines’ technology organization where he led technology enabled business transformation across their corporate functions. Prior to that he was a Technology Director within Boeing’s Global Services organization where he led large-scale business technology programs.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in information systems from the University of North Texas.
