BIOGRAPHY

Aaron Merrill is a Managing Director leading Greystar's Information Technology business. He oversees IT operations and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the corporate, investment, development, and construction application portfolios. A key focus of Aaron's leadership is the scaled deployment of enterprise-wide AI productivity tools, equipping Greystar's workforce to work smarter, move faster, and deliver greater value.

Aaron joined Greystar in 2019 following a career in technology leadership at Southwest Airlines, where he drove technology-enabled transformation across corporate functions, and at Boeing's Global Services organization, where he led complex enterprise technology programs at scale.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in information systems from the University of North Texas.
