Keeler

BIOGRAPHY

Aaron Keeler is a Managing Director of Development and leads Greystar's Development team in the US Pacific Northwest and Western Canada regions. He oversees all aspects of development within the region, including site identification, capital allocation, project leadership through development and construction, and disposition. Aaron's team has delivered over 2,700 apartment units and 2,750 student beds across a range of building types, including mixed-use, high-rise, mid-rise, and garden style projects.

Before joining Greystar in 2015, Aaron worked at AvalonBay in construction project management, where he helped deliver over 1,000 units across four complex mixed-use projects in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington.

Aaron holds a master’s degree from the University of Washington in urban planning and real estate development and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University in economics and environmental studies.
