Greystar Named Entryway Industry Partner of the Year

Charleston, SC – May 28, 2026 – Greystar, a global leader in rental housing, investment management, development, and property management has been named Industry Partner of the Year by Entryway, a national nonprofit that connects individuals facing housing insecurity with careers in the multifamily industry.

The recognition reflects Greystar’s ongoing partnership with Entryway and its role as the organization’s largest industry participant, supporting hiring, housing access, and program growth across multiple markets.

“Programs like Entryway demonstrate the real difference our industry can make in people’s lives,” said Jamie Teabo, Senior Managing Director, East Territory Leader at Greystar. “Creating pathways to careers and stable housing not only supports individuals and families but also strengthens the communities where we live and work.”

In 2025, Greystar helped deliver measurable impact through the partnership, including:

18 participants hired and housed
32 individuals and family members moved into stable housing
82% employee retention among participants

Greystar also contributed financial support and employee engagement, with seven team members serving on Entryway City Advisory Boards and supporting program expansion nationwide.

Keyshaundra Reynolds, a graduate of the Entryway program and Leasing Agent for Greystar, said, “I am so grateful for Entryway and for the individuals and partner organizations who make the program possible. This program is like a defibrillator—it shocks you into the opportunity to make a difference. Having been given that opportunity, I’m honored to pay it forward by becoming a monthly donor and joining my local Entryway City Advisory Board to strengthen local governance and industry alignment. My today makes my yesterday worth it and my tomorrow achievable.”

Entryway provides career training, mentorship, and housing opportunities to help individuals transition to long-term stability. In 2025, the organization helped more than 200 individuals secure employment and over 240 move into stable housing, generating more than $20 million in social impact.

Greystar is proud to continue to support Entryway through hiring, mentorship, and community engagement efforts.
