Greystar tops list of Charlotte's apartment management companies

This week's Charlotte Business Journal lists the area's largest apartment management companies, ranked by number of local units managed. In June, multifamily company Greystar Real Estate Partners acquired Riverstone Residential Group, No. 9 on last year's list. Greystar's portfolio of 9,446 units at 36 Charlotte-area properties moves the company up one spot to top The List.
