BIOGRAPHY

Vitor Costa is a Senior Director of Finance for Greystar in Brazil and is also responsible for the overall management of Greystar Brazil’s business, including oversight of all country operations and business segments.

With over twenty years of experience in global companies, Vitor has been involved in the real estate industry for the last thirteen years. Before joining Greystar in 2021, Vitor served as Finance Director for NorthWest Healthcare Properties in Brazil, a publicly traded Canadian REIT, and was a member of the company’s Global Management Team and Investment Committee. He was previously a Finance Director at Tishman Speyer in Brazil, where he specialized in real estate and finance.

Vitor holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Campinas and is a Certified Accountant and Fund Manager in Brazil.
