BIOGRAPHY

Mike Gausden is a Senior Managing Director of Construction for Greystar Development and Construction Services. He leads the general contracting and construction management arms for all self-performed and third-party projects in the United States. To date, he has overseen more than 379 new construction projects, representing 103,626 units with a capitalized value of nearly $35.86B.

Active in the construction industry since 1996, Mike joined Greystar in 2005. Prior to that, he served as a Project Manager for Western Rim Property Services, where he led the construction of several large multifamily projects in San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. Previously, he was a Project Manager at David Weekley Homes, responsible for the construction, sales, and warranty process for single-family homes in Dallas.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Arizona State University.
