BIOGRAPHY

Matt Warren is a Managing Director of Finance for Greystar with responsibility for project capitalization and venture structuring for the East and Central regions of the United States, as well as Mexico.

Matt has been active in commercial real estate since 2005, with experience in banking, project finance, asset management, and brokerage. Prior to joining Greystar in 2016, Matt served as Finance Director at Johnson Development Associates, Inc., a privately-held national developer of multifamily, industrial, and self-storage assets.

Matt received his Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins Edward St. John School of Real Estate, and his bachelor of arts degree in International Business from Wofford College.
