BIOGRAPHY

Matt Warren is a Senior Managing Director of Finance for Greystar’s Americas Principal Business. In this role, Matt leads direct joint venture equity capital formation for both development and acquisitions, as well as debt origination and execution of Greystar’s owned assets.

Prior to his current role, Matt was responsible for project capitalization and venture structuring for the East and Central regions of the United States, as well as Mexico. Matt has been active in commercial real estate since 2005, with experience in banking, project finance, asset management, and brokerage.

Matt received his master’s degree in real estate from the Johns Hopkins Edward St. John School of Real Estate and his Bachelor of Arts in international business from Wofford College.
